We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a new game-changing hybrid exchange (CEX speed, DEX security) expanding its Business Development team across the CIS region.

Responsibilities

Help the business grow
Identify potential partners and build relationships with them
Prepare and present partnership proposals

Requirements

Deep understanding of the crypto market and futures; user experience as a must, CEX experience would be prioritized
Strong sales skills and creative thinking
Experience working with influencers and the ability to build a network
Russian/Ukrainian native speaker
