Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end: spot the issue, design and build the solution, and ship it to production
• Show the business impact of your work with concrete results (e.g., faster processing, lower costs, more users, fewer incidents)
• Work full-time remotely and deliver without supervision
• Onboard quickly and start shipping in your first weeks

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of Unity experience
• Experience with C++ or C#
• Advanced English: discuss business tasks, explain decisions, raise issues early, and present yourself and your results well on client calls
