As the Core Operations Senior Manager, you will serve in a critical strategic operational role, working alongside the COO leadership team at BTSE Group, a leading global fintech and blockchain company. You will function as an empowered operational proxy for the leadership team, taking ownership of evolving business mandates and high-level operational priorities as the company undergoes rapid business expansion.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted extension of the operational leadership team, independently leading critical business workstreams, driving cross-organization alignment, and ensuring strategic mandates are realized on the ground
Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact operational priorities and special initiatives as the business scales, navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and structured execution
Drive alignment and accountability across diverse internal and external stakeholders, unblocking organizational bottlenecks and orchestrating smooth rollout of company-wide transitions
Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve the company's operating models, designing robust mechanisms and governance structures that support sustainable business growth
Deep-dive into complex, ambiguous challenges across the organization to troubleshoot root causes, design pragmatic solutions, and bring clarity to execution

Requirements

6–10+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff capacity, Management Consulting, or an Operations Leadership role
Ideally within Fintech, Tech, Web3, or rapidly scaling global enterprises
Strong business sense to quickly understand strategic context and operational drivers, combined with the hands-on capacity to drive complex mandates from conception through completion
A proven track record of operating with minimal hand-holding, thriving in ambiguous and dynamic environments, and taking full accountability for outcomes
Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills; adept at aligning diverse stakeholders and representing leadership priorities effectively
Comfort with evolving scopes and shifting priorities—ready to take on whatever operational challenge is most critical to the business at any given moment
