Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer in Almaty for a project developing a banking loyalty platform with complex business logic and integrations.

Prepare and execute test cases based on project requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution; verify changes and new functionality.
Participate in requirements analysis and assess product quality risks.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure release quality.

2+ years of manual testing experience, primarily in backend, API, and integration testing.
Experience in banking, fintech, or payment systems, including loyalty programs, bonuses, cashback, and financial transactions.
Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, HTTP, JSON, and client-server architecture; experience with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Experience testing microservices and event-driven systems, including Kafka.
Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, and reconciling data across systems.
Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps or contradictions, and independently plan testing.
Experience analyzing logs and locating defects using Kibana, Grafana, or similar tools.
Experience preparing test cases, checklists, test data, reports, and defect documentation.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Colvir or other core banking systems; basic understanding of CI/CD.
Intermediate English or higher.
