This role involves building and enhancing rules-driven healthcare applications for a clinical pharmacy program.

Design, develop and maintain applications using .NET / C#
Develop and tune SQL Server objects (stored procedures, functions, views) and optimize T-SQL queries for performance
Author, configure and maintain business rules in InRule or similar rules engines
Translate healthcare / clinical pharmacy business requirements into technical solutions
Use GitHub for source control, branching, pull requests and code reviews
Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while maintaining code quality
Collaborate with BA, QA and client teams through UAT and production support

10+ years of software development experience with strong .NET / C# skills
Strong SQL Server / T-SQL experience, including query optimization and performance tuning
Rules engine experience - InRule preferred; other rules engines (e.g., Drools, ODM, Corticon) acceptable
Healthcare domain experience is required; clinical pharmacy / PBM experience strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with GitHub (version control, PRs, workflows)
Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
