Hytech is a management consulting firm specializing in digital transformation for fintech and financial services organizations. The Anti-Fraud Investigation team builds a mission-critical infrastructure that protects the CFD brokerage from financial crime and sophisticated fraud, designing and owning the entire back-office investigation ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own the Feature Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex investigation features - from initial business discovery with stakeholders to final technical rollout
Design Seamless Client Journeys: Design end-to-end client and user journeys across the platform, ensuring flows are intuitive, uninterrupted, and optimized for investigation efficiency, minimizing friction for users
Own Problem Discovery, Not Just Delivery: Proactively identify user pain points, inefficiencies, and hidden risks within workflows, and propose data-driven solutions that improve both user experience and business outcomes
Translate Business into Scalable Systems: Balance business and system thinking, understanding how product decisions impact real users, and translate high-level business intent into end-to-end flows and rigorous, developer-ready specifications
Architect Technical Solutions: Design logic by defining service responsibilities, mapping out data flows, and designing RESTful integrations and Kafka message structures
Engineer Data Structures: Work hand-in-hand with developers to design PostgreSQL database schemas for microservices
Drive Data Engineering Requirements: Act as the primary technical partner for the Data Engineering team, defining the requirements for ClickHouse tables and cloud storage logic to ensure the right client, payment, and trading data for deep-dive investigations
Executive Storytelling: Regularly present technical designs and feature results to Company Owners and C-level stakeholders, distilling complex system logic into a literate, persuasive, and professional narrative

Requirements

5+ years of Technical BSA experience in a high-intensity environment (FinTech, Trading, or high-scale E-commerce)
Deep System Design Skills: Proven ability to design integrations (synchronous and asynchronous) and describe them via OpenAPI and Sequence Diagrams
SQL & Database Fluency: Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, understanding how to structure relational data and having a conceptual grasp of OLTP vs. OLAP
Communication Mastery: Possess executive-level verbal clarity, being a literate, confident speaker who can command a room, explain technical trade-offs to owners, and present with total professional poise
Language: Advanced English (C1 preferred) is mandatory, comfortable leading high-stakes meetings in English
Self-Starter Mindset: Thrive in “intensive” environments, identifying system gaps and proposing solutions

Nice to have

Direct experience in Anti-Fraud or Risk Management systems
Experience in the CFD/Forex or Crypto brokerage space
Hands-on experience with Power BI for executive-level data visualization
