We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS).

Responsibilities

• Design business processes, workflows, and system requirements
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
• Analyze business operations and translate requirements into software solutions
• Develop clear functional specifications and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development
• Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
• Experience working with technical teams and stakeholders
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS) or hospitality-related software
• Understanding of hotel operations and business processes

• Rate: $8–10/hour
• Fully remote
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, EST business hours
• Contract-based employment
