adjoe builds technologies for mobile app growth and monetization, and the Demand Partnerships team connects advertisers with engaged users from their global supply.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the consumer apps business across EMEA, from first conversation to long-term partnership
• Identify, onboard and launch campaigns across verticals like utilities, dating and subscription apps
• Represent adjoe at industry conferences and turn conversations into partnerships
• Build the storyline, pitch materials and case studies for non-gaming advertisers, together with Marketing and Product
• Work cross-functionally to help internal and external stakeholders hit company goals

Requirements

• 5+ years selling to consumer apps with a track record in sales or business development, selling mobile advertising, performance marketing, retention or loyalty solutions
• Enjoy opening new markets, selling a new idea to sceptical buyers and closing complex deals
• Fluent in app marketing KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV and incrementality
• Ability to sell a new channel to sophisticated growth, UA, CRM and loyalty teams
• Bring an active network of growth, UA, CRM and performance marketing decision-makers at consumer apps and brands
• Deep understanding of the mobile consumer app landscape
• Methodical and consultative approach
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace
