This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer looking to progress into a 3rd Line position, or an established 3rd Line Engineer seeking to broaden their technical expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in providing technical support across the business, resolving complex infrastructure issues and contributing to internal IT projects. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in infrastructure improvements and integration projects as the business continues to grow. The role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting a collaborative, business-facing IT function.

Responsibilities
