We are looking for Italian speaking agents with Forex experience to join a team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Work with leads and convert them into active traders (Conversion Agent)
- Communicate with potential clients and build relationships (Conversion Agent)
- Manage existing client accounts and maintain relationships (Retention Agent)
- Encourage ongoing trading activity through regular communication (Retention Agent)
Requirements
- Previous experience in Forex sales or client retention
- Fluent/native Italian
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer
- Base salary of €2,300 - €2,500 + performance based commission
- Work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
