We are seeking an experienced and strategic CRM Department Manager to lead a team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CRM Specialists
• Execute department-wide strategies that drive engagement and long-term customer value
• Oversee CRM configuration, workflow design, and overall platform optimization
• Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management
• Continuously refine processes and drive automation to elevate customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of CRM experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written
• A natural leader with exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities
