Automation QA Engineer

We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to ensure that solutions delivered by a Payments Baltic VDE task-force meet functional, non-functional, integration and regulatory requirements through thorough verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios and test cases
• Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing
• Verify compliance with business, system and regulatory requirements
• Identify, document and track defects
• Validate integrations across Payments Baltic systems
• Support user acceptance testing and release validation
• Collaborate closely with analysts and developers
• Contribute to environment preparation
• Build and maintain automated test suites and frameworks
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and improve coverage

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the banking and payments domain and its nuances
• Practical experience testing enterprise applications and integrations
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
• API and integration testing
• Test management and defect management tools
• Agile delivery practices
• Autonomy: someone who can solve abstract tasks, lead others and mentor
• Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, Postman, Appium, PyTest, JUnit, Jest
• CI/CD integration
• Java or comparable programming skills
