TEAM LEAD AGILE PRODUCT OWNER

This role involves leading the delivery of a task-force supporting Payments Services Regulation (PSR) obligations and other Payments Baltic VDE (Value Delivery Engine) initiatives, acting as the main interface between the task-force and VDE management, and combining Scrum Master and delivery management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and deliver objectives within scope, quality and timeline
• Coordinate analysts, developers, QA specialists and the Tech Lead
• Keep progress, risks, dependencies and impediments transparent
• Facilitate Kanban/Scrum processes and ceremonies
• Support backlog management, prioritization, estimation and release planning
• Monitor team capacity, workload and delivery predictability
• Act as the main contact for business and technology stakeholders
• Coordinate with VDE, architecture, platform and other delivery teams
• Escalate issues and drive mitigation plans
• Oversee testing, deployment and implementation activities
• Ensure quality standards, documentation and governance are met
• Support onboarding and resource planning

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams in enterprise environments
• Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery management skills
• Experience coordinating analysts, developers, QA specialists and architects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and complex initiatives
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing and deployment practices
• Proven experience in banking, payments, financial services or other regulated environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Autonomy: someone who can lead others, mentor and solve abstract tasks
