Distribusion is seeking an entrepreneurial Expansion Manager to drive market expansion and scale its airport transfer operator network across Europe.

Translate the broader airport strategy into a prioritized expansion plan, based on market potential, coverage gaps and clear business cases
Build a repeatable market-entry playbook, incorporating market feedback and lessons from execution
Originate, negotiate and close partnerships with airport transfer operators, supported by compelling and tailored commercial propositions
Build senior relationships with operators, airports, airport authorities and relevant local partners to unlock market access and growth
Coordinate internal teams through contracting, integration, launch and ramp-up
Own post-launch commercial performance, identify gaps and drive corrective actions

2-3 years at a top-tier consulting firm, or 3-5 years in sales, business development, or a commercial role at a high-growth tech company
Track record of taking ownership of a commercial area and growing it: markets deepened, strategies sharpened, results delivered
Ability to navigate product complexity and translate it into a compelling sales narrative; experience as a tech BD or sales engineer with full commercial cycle ownership is a strong signal
Self-driven, independent, and resourceful; thrives with full ownership and minimal guidance
Collaborates well in a matrixed environment and brings positive ambition to teams where others are also running their own markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience in a tech company, marketplace, or platform business
B2B sales experience
A background in consulting, or experience at a high-growth tech platform or fast-scaling startup
An additional European language, French, German, or others
