Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

This role involves leading the entire finance function within an international investment and financial services group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance function: FP&A, budgeting, accounting, IFRS reporting, treasury and taxation
• Oversee financial planning, liquidity, capital management and regulatory reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and requirements applicable to licensed financial institutions
• Act as a strategic finance partner to shareholders and senior management

Requirements

• Proven CFO / Finance Director experience within a licensed financial institution, preferably brokerage, wealth management, private banking or investment services
• Strong expertise in IFRS, financial management, regulatory reporting and internal controls
• International or multi-jurisdictional experience
• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory

Nice to have

• Big4 Financial Services practice or investment banking background is a strong advantage
