This role combines workflow automation and hands-on IT support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations for HR, Finance, IT and Admin teams
• Integrate Slack, ClickUp, BambooHR and other systems through APIs and webhooks
• Gather requirements, develop bots and workflows, and maintain existing solutions
• Use Claude Code and Codex to develop automations, validate results and troubleshoot failures
• Support office internet, meeting rooms, cameras, microphones and employee devices
• Coordinate equipment procurement, maintain inventory, and manage device assignment, returns and buyouts

Requirements

• Experience in IT support or systems administration
• Practical knowledge of Python or JavaScript, REST APIs and webhooks
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Git and deployment pipelines
