The Business Development Manager will represent tx.tech, focusing on expanding the company's merchant portfolio and driving revenue growth within the payments and iGaming industries.

Responsibilities

Drive business development and promote tx.tech payment orchestration solutions
Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants and strategic partners
Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, payment providers, and iGaming operators
Lead commercial discussions, product presentations, and negotiations
Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities
Represent tx.tech at international industry conferences and networking events
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and long-term relationship development

Requirements

Proven B2B business development experience in payments, fintech, or iGaming
Strong understanding of payment processing and the iGaming industry
Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken
Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and business development skills
Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities

Nice to have

Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar commercial role
Experience with payment orchestration platforms
Knowledge of payment routing, cascading, PSP integrations, and transaction approval rates
Established professional network of merchants, PSPs, and iGaming operators
Additional languages will be considered an advantage
Experience representing payment technology companies at international conferences and networking events
