This role is for an in-house Business Analyst with a strong technical background, focusing on e-commerce projects for international clients.

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce projects for international clients
Strong technical background with the ability to explore and understand complex platforms hands-on
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, clarification, user story creation, and feature documentation
Ability to understand complex platform architecture, integrations, and the interaction between core functionality and customer-specific solutions
Experience with B2B Commerce, web/mobile applications, business applications, or self-service portals
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage scope, prioritize requirements, and ensure timely feature delivery
Excellent communication skills in both English and Ukrainian (spoken and written)
