We are looking for our first DevSecOps Engineer to join our DevOps team and help build and shape our infrastructure security foundations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building security processes from the ground up, and making a real impact in a growing team.

Responsibilities

Building and improving identity and access management, secrets management, and secure infrastructure access
Strengthening Linux and cloud security, VPNs, and SSL/TLS certificate management
Integrating security checks into GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Improving infrastructure protection, incident response, and security practices
Helping define safe practices for AI tools and AI agents with infrastructure access

Requirements

Someone with 5+ years of experience in DevOps or system administration
Strong Linux skills
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
Solid understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management, and secrets management
English proficiency is mandatory

Nice to have

Russian language skills are a plus
