The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a product-oriented mindset, and the ability to design efficient, scalable backend solutions.

Requirements

Strong Java programming and coding fundamentals
Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
Problem-solving skills, including time and space complexity analysis (Big-O)
Understanding of backend development and microservices architecture
Strong logical reasoning and debugging skills
Clear communication and collaboration abilities
Product-oriented thinking and customer-centric problem-solving
