Orcrist is building a next-generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies, including Kubernetes and AI. The company serves customers across defence, law enforcement and enterprise sectors. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage technical recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers and improve recruiting processes through technology and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for technical roles, from application review to interviews, feedback and offers
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and support hiring decisions
• Manage candidate pipelines, data quality and workflows in Greenhouse
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate recruiting processes using AI and other tools
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate communications
• Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring performance
• Help build scalable recruiting processes as the company grows

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, ideally with exposure to technical hiring
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a structured approach
• Experience working with recruitment software and candidate data
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes independently
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical teams
• German and English at C1 level or above
• Authorization to work in Germany

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for software engineering, IT, data or security roles
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse
• Practical experience using AI tools
• Interest in recruiting analytics, process design or HR technology
• Experience working remotely or in distributed teams
