  • Partner with Finance and department leadership on the people side of compensation and bonus plans
  • Collect and analyse people data (turnover, engagement, performance) and turn it into recommendations
  • Handle incident management: address negative situations, escalate relevant information, and follow cases through to resolution
  • Mediate conflicts and help build constructive communication between employees and teams
  • Take part in offboarding: run exit interviews and share turnover insights with stakeholders
  • Manage internal transfers and promotions, including moves into management roles
  • Design, implement and maintain HR processes, adapting them as the company becomes more structured
  • Support change management during reorganisations and process changes
  • Lead HR projects and ad-hoc requests, and run research and consultations when needed
  • Maintain employee documentation and records: contracts, amendments, policies and HRIS data
  • Manage employment of team members hired through Employer of Record (EOR) providers, covering onboarding, contract changes, offboarding and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate visa, work permit and relocation support: prepare documents, work with immigration providers, and track deadlines and renewals
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws in all countries where we employ people, working with Legal
  • Prepare HR letters and certificates, such as employment confirmations and reference letters
