TA Enablement Contractor

Manychat is looking for a contractor for 6 months to cover maternity leave, working across TA enablement, talent research, and senior sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Partner on process automation, tooling, team operations, and AI adoption for the TA team (~40%)
• Map competitors and target companies, explore their benefits, locations, and org structures, and organize that knowledge for the team and future AI agents (~40%)
• Help source senior and executive talent across the EU, US, and UK, bringing curiosity and thoughtful research to every search (~20%)

Requirements

• Enjoy spotting unnecessarily manual tasks and figuring out how to improve them
• Enjoy connecting dots between building better ways of working, making sense of talent markets, and finding great people
• Bring ideas, ask good questions, and take ownership of turning them into something useful

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby and building self-service solutions for TA teams
