• Experience with LinkedIn / social content
• SEO / AEO understanding
• AI-first mindset - Claude + Perplexity are must-haves
• Experience with AI agents / workflows
• English B2+
• Growth mindset + willingness to experiment

• Healthcare / digital health experience is a plus
