We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate & Licensing Specialist to lead international licensing projects, manage corporate structuring, and provide expert legal/regulatory support to group companies and clients.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle licensing applications for iGaming (online casino/sportsbook) and financial services (Forex/CFD)
Research regulatory frameworks across global jurisdictions
Coordinate company incorporations, restructuring, corporate changes, and annual filings through international service providers
Oversee KYC/AML due diligence
Review corporate ownership structures
Draft policy manuals
Supervise the Corporate & Licensing Administrator

Requirements

Degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration
2+ years of relevant experience in corporate services, licensing, law firms, financial services, or iGaming
Proven track record in managing regulatory licensing applications
Strong knowledge of international corporate structures, AML/KYC, and regulatory frameworks
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Strong project management skills and commercial awareness

Nice to have

Experience with offshore gambling/forex licensing
Professional network with regulators
Knowledge of Greek/Russian
