ServiceNow Developer - USEM / Vulnerability Management - Lead

This role involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow Vulnerability Management and USEM components, developing technical solutions, and implementing integrations with security and compliance tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components.
• Develop and implement technical solutions based on business and security requirements.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven expertise with JavaScript within ServiceNow, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Ability to independently implement developer user stories without extensive supervision.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation.
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR).

Nice to have

• Experience with Qualys.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management).
• Experience with Cribl.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).
• Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response / Vulnerability Management.
• Understanding of Configuration Compliance and Hardening processes.
• Experience with CMDB, CI Relationships, MID Server Integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow USEM architecture.
