We are a rapidly growing company, and we are currently looking for a qualified Corporate Lawyer to join our office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Corporate Support: drafting, reviewing, and approving corporate documents
Contract Management: developing, performing legal expertise on, and managing various types of international contracts
Liaison with Service Providers: interacting with corporate service providers
Compliance & Bank Requests: preparing document packages at the request of servicing banks and regulatory bodies
Legal Advisory: providing local business support on corporate and commercial law matters

Education: Higher degree in Law (LLB / LLM)
Language Skills: Fluency in English (excellent written and verbal communication)
Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate law, specifically dealing with Cypriot companies and international business structures
Professional Skills: Strong legal drafting skills, high attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Cyprus corporate legislation

Location: A modern and comfortable office in Limassol
