This role involves leading the procurement department, focusing on process and skid-mounted equipment for the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities

• Organizing the search for and selection of suppliers of process equipment and skid-mounted (packaged) equipment
• Organizing the technical evaluation and approval of supplier proposals
• Preparing supplier selection decisions
• Analyzing the market and attracting new suppliers to participate in tender procedures
• Determining the lowest achievable price and the cost basis of purchased equipment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a procurement manager for complex process equipment (compressor units, pumping units, modular/block-type units, static equipment, power equipment, etc.)
• Knowledge of the manufacturer and supplier market for the specified equipment categories
• Experience working with the Chinese market
• Knowledge of supplier analysis and evaluation methods
• Willingness to travel on business trips
