CodeValue is looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior DevOps / CI/CD Tech Lead to help establish, standardize, and improve CI/CD, testing, and release infrastructure across multiple software development teams at a leading semiconductor and AI technology company. This role focuses on solving complex integration challenges across a multi-component software stack, improving automation and regression testing infrastructure, and creating consistent build, packaging, and release processes across teams and environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation infrastructure using Jenkins
• Establish and enhance automated Unit Testing and Regression Testing infrastructure
• Standardize build, packaging, wrapper, and release management processes across multiple development teams
• Consolidate and align Jenkins environments, pipelines, and configurations across teams
• Standardize Docker images and development and testing environments
• Improve integration workflows across complex software components, including compilers, embedded runtimes, and related software stacks
• Work directly with developers and technical stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements
• Lead technical initiatives hands-on, from identifying the problem to implementing and deploying the solution
• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Develop and support tooling and automation for air-gapped environments
• Collaborate closely with R&D and QA teams to optimize the software development and release lifecycle
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance development and deployment efficiency
• Enhance and expand our cloud environments

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD infrastructure, and build automation
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Jenkins pipelines in complex development environments
• Strong experience with Docker and environment standardization
• Proven experience establishing automated testing infrastructure, including Unit Testing and Regression Testing
• Experience with build systems, packaging, and software release management
• Ability to lead technical initiatives while remaining deeply involved in implementation and troubleshooting
• Experience working across multiple development teams and standardizing shared infrastructure and processes
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results quickly

Nice to have

• Experience in Embedded Software environments
• Experience with compilers, DSP, processor architectures, or semiconductor development
• Experience integrating complex software stacks with multiple dependencies and frequently changing components
• Experience with on-premises build and testing infrastructure
