Product Manager (FinTech / Payments)

I'm looking for two Product Managers to join an international FinTech product company developing EMI and PSP solutions. The company is growing its product team and looking for people who understand how payments work and want to take ownership of meaningful product areas.

Responsibilities

• Owning and developing a specific product area, such as acquiring, checkout, or Pay by Bank
• Building and prioritizing product roadmaps
• Working with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams
• Identifying opportunities, validating hypotheses, and driving product improvements
• Balancing business needs, customer experience, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Hands-on Product Management experience in FinTech or payments
• Solid understanding of payment infrastructure, PSP/EMI solutions, and acquiring
• Experience owning product roadmaps and making data-informed decisions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• English B2+ and proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian for internal communication

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or a growing product company would be a strong advantage
