Senior Accountant (Restaurant projects)

This role involves full-cycle accounting for restaurant projects across multiple jurisdictions, analyzing and designing efficient business processes, and participating in the testing of an automation system. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for communicating complex financial concepts to the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting for restaurant projects (F&B) across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, UK, Kazakhstan)
• Analyze and design efficient business processes
• Participate in testing the automation system
• Explain complex financial concepts to the engineering team

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the specifics of the restaurant business, including cost accounting, write-offs, inventory management and industry-specific accounting entries
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and the ability to adapt to the tax systems of different countries
• Fluent Russian and English (essential for team communication and working with documentation)
• Ability to express ideas clearly and in a structured way, both in writing and verbally
• Understanding of how an accounting system is structured, with the ability to break down tasks for AI/automation
