This role involves taking end-to-end ownership of the Employer AI business, from product strategy and development to go-to-market, revenue, and unit economics.

• Focus on building an integrated AI-powered recruitment experience across candidate search, matching, application management, qualification, and communication.
• Define quality evaluation frameworks for AI.
• Coordinate product, design, engineering, data science, AI, and commercial teams.
