We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded marketing leader to drive client acquisition, onboarding conversion and sustainable growth across the CIS region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing strategy and execution for the CIS
• Drive lead generation, conversion and revenue growth
• Optimize the end-to-end onboarding funnel
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Payments, Compliance & Partnerships
• Act as regional advocate and share market insights with leadership

Requirements

• Proven regional/digital marketing experience focused on the CIS region
• Strong knowledge of acquisition, CRM and funnel optimization
• Commercial mindset with measurable business impact
• Data-driven approach and strong stakeholder management
• Fluency in Russian and English
