Design, build, and deliver engaging levels for a mobile physics based puzzle game
Create varied challenges using the game’s characters, abilities, obstacles, and environmental mechanics
Introduce mechanics gradually and develop a difficulty curve that keeps players engaged
Playtest levels, identify unclear or frustrating moments, and refine the gameplay experience
Use player feedback and analytics to adjust level difficulty and improve engagement
Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure levels function correctly and meet visual and gameplay standards
Contribute new level concepts and combinations of mechanics to keep the game fresh for players

3+ years of proven experience in game level design, preferably in mobile puzzle or physics based games
Strong understanding of puzzle design, physics based mechanics, difficulty progression, and player psychology
Ability to design levels around trajectories, collisions, destruction, and chain reactions
Experience balancing levels to make solutions understandable, challenging, and satisfying
Ability to iterate quickly based on playtesting, player feedback, and analytics
Good knowledge of Unity3D Editor and level design tools
Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, product owners
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly in written or verbal form
Familiarity with the mobile gaming market and current trends
A portfolio demonstrating levels you designed for shipped or playable games
Advanced level of English or higher
