micro1 is hiring experienced QA Engineers for an AI training project focused on software quality assurance, data integrity, and AI model evaluation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in software QA, test planning, test case design, and defect reporting
- Ability to execute test scenarios and validate AI outputs against defined requirements
- Strong analytical skills to identify inconsistencies, errors, and patterns in model predictions
- Ability to document test results and provide actionable feedback
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clarify project requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI model evaluation is a plus
