• Build custom rendering, caching, and data sync systems where off-the-shelf tools fall short
• Own startup time, interaction latency, and memory end to end

Requirements

• 4+ years of frontend work (React, TypeScript, browser internals)
• A track record of making real apps measurably faster in production
