Oracle, a global technology company specializing in cloud infrastructure, enterprise software and AI solutions, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage hiring across its US business units. The role combines full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, stakeholder management and recruitment program development.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned business units
Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies
Identify, source and assess candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
Develop creative sourcing approaches and talent attraction initiatives
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate selection processes
Plan and execute recruitment events
Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Ensure quality hiring outcomes within business budgets
Integrate diversity considerations into recruitment strategies
Lead recruitment projects and potentially mentor other team members

Requirements

Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing
Ability to recruit for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions
Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
Strong recruitment strategy development and execution skills
Experience coordinating candidate assessments and interviews
Ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives and recruitment projects
Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Annual salary of $91,400–$187,000, depending on experience, skills and location
