Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to own and continuously improve its onboarding experience and support global learning programmes across HQ and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Cultural and Functional Onboarding across HQ and international markets
• Facilitate in-person and virtual onboarding and learning sessions
• Design and update learning content aligned with business priorities
• Manage global learning programmes, coordinating timelines, stakeholders and resources
• Automate onboarding communications through Slack and email
• Track learning metrics, participation, satisfaction and programme impact
• Integrate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) principles into learning experiences
• Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and mentoring initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating L&D, onboarding, training or employee experience programmes
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple countries and teams
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual learning sessions
• Experience designing practical learning content
• Experience supporting DIB initiatives, ERGs or mentoring programmes
• Professional fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with learning analytics, automation and global programme rollouts is a plus
