Versuni is looking for an HR Systems Specialist to join its Global HR Digital & Analytics team and help improve HR systems, processes and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Improve global HR systems, simplify processes and translate business needs into projects
Manage system configuration, test changes and deploy updates in SAP SuccessFactors
Support new HR module implementations and user testing
Coordinate with global payroll vendors and troubleshoot integration issues
Provide second-level support for SuccessFactors, working with HR, IT and external partners
Document HR system workflows and support user adoption
Deliver practical training to HR teams, managers and employees

Requirements

3–5 years of functional experience with HR technology, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
Experience designing and implementing HR systems
Experience with global payroll solutions is preferred
Consulting experience is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in emerging technologies, including AI
Fluent English
