KARL LAGERFELD, a global fashion brand with headquarters in Amsterdam and Paris, is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on HR support to its headquarters functions.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, managers and employees across HQ functions
Provide HR support throughout the employee lifecycle
Partner with managers on performance management, employee relations, absenteeism and other people-related matters
Advise on employment legislation, company policies and HR processes
Coach managers on talent management, succession planning and career development
Identify organizational and workforce needs and translate them into effective HR solutions
Support organizational changes and people-related initiatives
Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent HR practices and employee experience
Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in an international environment
Strong experience partnering with managers and stakeholders at different organizational levels
Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation
Experience in performance management and talent development
Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Excellent English; Dutch and other European languages are an advantage
Good Microsoft Office skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
