Netflix is looking for an Executive Researcher to join its in-house EMEA Talent Acquisition team, focusing on identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional executive-level talent across the region. The role focuses on executive sourcing, research, and building relationships with senior leaders to support Netflix’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor executive movements, company realignments, industry conferences, and professional organizations to identify networking opportunities
• Build and maintain lists of senior industry leaders for executive networking events
• Use business acumen to match candidate profiles with leadership roles across different functions
• Partner with the Executive Candidate Experience Specialist to ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Collaborate with Inclusion Recruiting Programs, Talent Intelligence, and Talent Acquisition teams to develop executive talent pipelines
• Build relationships with executive search professionals and exchange industry best practices

Requirements

• Experience working in an international executive search firm or a global in-house executive search team
• Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
• Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility and adaptability
• Experience in the entertainment, content, or technology sector is preferred
• Experience managing complex executive search projects across EMEA or globally is preferred
