This role entails working in two directions

• creating merchandise for company employees and partners
• supporting the company

Responsibilities

• Supporting the organization of conferences and other branded events
• Coordinating booth preparation, branded materials, and merch distribution for events
• Developing merchandise concepts for employees, partners, and regular users
• Interacting with stakeholders and the creative team
• Managing contractors located in both Europe and Asia
• Working with factories, controlling orders and production
• Collaborating with logistics companies

Requirements

• Work experience in events, merchandise, operations, or coordination
• Fluent in both English and Russian, Spanish is a plus
• Possesses a sense of style and knowledge of clothing and accessory trends
• Proactive mindset and confidence in coordinating with different stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep track of many moving parts
