At Korzinka, Uzbekistan as largest grocery retailer, we re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Project Office to lead our Supply Chain project portfolio and turn ambitious initiatives into measurable business results.

Обязанности

• Lead and prioritize strategic Supply Chain projects
• Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and automation initiatives
• Build and develop a high-performing project management team
• Establish effective PMO standards and ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver measurable business impact

Требования

• 7+ лет профессионального опыта, из них 3+ года в управлении проектами или программами
• Опыт управления сложными кросс-функциональными проектами и командами
• Опыт управления портфелем проектов и несколькими проектами одновременно
• Стратегическое мышление, лидерство и управление стейкхолдерами
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Consulting

Будет плюсом

• FMCG/Retail experience
