Responsibilities

• Contribute to small-to-large scale projects, with guidance
• Contribute to the overall maintenance and operation of the lab
• Support laboratory infrastructure through executing tasks related to installation, calibration, and maintenance
• Develop testing skills and support basic testing activities
• Assist with routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Identify hardware issues and replace faulty lab equipment
• Track equipment inventory and usage, supporting lab equipment upgrades and replacements
• Work on the installation and setup of new lab equipment
• Monitor lab hardware and software for operational issues
• Address low-complexity issues as appropriate and escalate complex problems as needed
• Develop familiarity and work with pre-written scripts for specific testing workflows
• Perform lab documentation and related administrative activities

Requirements

• Practical Engineer diploma
• 2+ years of experience in laboratory or data center environments
