Описание
Hypercell Games is looking for a Senior Publishing Producer (Puzzle) to take ownership of external puzzle projects and strengthen product decisions across their publishing portfolio. This role involves working with external development studios to drive meaningful changes through to release, focusing on influencing teams without direct authority, challenging weak decisions, and ensuring impactful product changes.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of 2–4 external puzzle projects as the primary product owner on the publisher side
- Deeply understand each game's product, metrics, economy, and the development studio's current constraints
- Formulate clear product recommendations: what to do, what not to do, and what should be prioritized next
- Narrow the scope to 1–3 high-impact changes per development cycle instead of expanding the roadmap unnecessarily
- Drive the pace and quality of execution across external studios without direct managerial authority
- Help studios make stronger decisions regarding game economy, progression, monetization, retention, and live features
- Prepare recommendations on whether to continue, iterate, cut, or escalate a project or product decision
- Work closely with UA, analytics, and the Head of Publishing on key product decisions, performance analysis, hypotheses, and readiness to scale
- Provide regular updates on project status, key risks, next steps, and decisions requiring management input
- Turn product feedback into concrete changes and follow their implementation through to release
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Producer, Lead Producer, Publishing Producer, or Product Lead
- Strong experience in mobile F2P product, publishing, or production
- Practical experience with hybrid puzzles, ad-driven puzzle games, word puzzles, or closely related mobile game models
- Deep understanding of product analytics, hypotheses, and A/B test design
- Understanding of hybrid monetization and ad-heavy business models
- Strong understanding of mobile game product economics, including progression, level balance, sinks and sources, offer strategy, pacing, retention, and live features
- Strong product judgment and the ability to distinguish meaningful impact from noise
- Ability to influence external teams without direct authority and drive changes through to release
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to cut unnecessary scope and focus on the most impactful changes
- Ability to formulate clear product recommendations rather than simply report project status
- Ability to make decisions based on metrics, challenge priorities constructively, and take ownership in ambiguous situations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing constructive partnerships with high expectations for execution
- Conversational English and Russian for day-to-day team communication
Nice to have
- Experience working on the publisher side
- Previous experience as a product or data analyst
- Experience working with external studios, partners, co-development teams, or distributed teams
- Experience with live ops and product development beyond the initial testing stage
- Experience with hybrid monetization, ad-heavy economics, and offer design
- Experience managing several projects simultaneously
- Strong familiarity with puzzle games, economy-driven systems, and long-term retention
- Experience working closely with UA and analytics teams
- Experience making continue / scale / cut decisions
We offer
- The opportunity to work on games played by millions of players
- Real influence on product and business decisions, with responsibility for meaningful outcomes
- Ownership of multiple projects and collaboration with different development studios
- The opportunity to shape product priorities and drive changes across external teams
- The opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our puzzle portfolio
- Support for professional development (training, coaching, and more)
- Opportunity to grow and develop with the company
- Supportive and warm working atmosphere within the team
