This role is for a Python Machine Learning Engineer to help build an enterprise-scale multilingual translation platform, focusing on applying traditional NLP, machine learning, and modern LLMs to real-world language translation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build multilingual and machine-translation solutions in Python
• Develop and evaluate NLP, ML, and LLM-based translation approaches
• Support real-time and batch translation use cases
• Incorporate custom terminology and domain-specific glossaries into translation outputs
• Help develop a reusable backend translation service supporting multiple digital experiences
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to evaluate and improve solutions

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of relevant ML/NLP engineering experience
• Strong, hands-on Python
• Direct experience with machine translation, multilingual NLP, or language translation systems
• Strong foundation in traditional NLP
• Experience with LLMs/Generative AI
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Exposure to real-time translation is highly preferred
