This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for candidates based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship. This position also requires traveling to client sites within the U.S., with travel expenses covered by the company.

Responsibilities

Design and build applications using React and Python
Support component design, development and maintenance and take responsibility for personal technical quality standards within the project team
Assist with defining structured practices, especially in source code management, building and deployment
Design and implement data storage solutions
Optimize performance in applications for maximum speed and scalability
Get feedback from users and clients, and build solutions for them
Assist with the analysis of client requirements
Work with and support Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery
Collaborate with client teams

Requirements

Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level, typically at least 8 years of commercial experience
Deep knowledge and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including React
Experience with Python backend development
Experience with AI-native development practices and tools
Understanding of AI and agentic workflows, with a drive to stay at the forefront of emerging LLM technologies
Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment
Practical experience and knowledge of developing real-world solutions
Deep understanding of versioning control tools - e.g. Git
Testing experience and familiarity with testing tools at all levels, unit, integration and end-to-end testing
Practical and real-world experience working with databases and cloud environments
Experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

Experience with AI application development and Agentic frameworks and platforms (e.g., LangGraph, Agentspace, etc.)

Technical Assessment (1 hour via Zoom): a live coding challenge to build a working solution, demonstrating Python expertise, problem-solving ability, and coding best practices
Hiring Manager Interview (45 mins via Zoom): a conversation focused on approach to teamwork, client collaboration, and problem-solving in an enterprise development setting
There may also be an additional interview with the client depending on the project
