Upon completing the program, you’ll have a unique opportunity to launch your very own game development studio, with full creative freedom, managing your own team, and overseeing all stages of development and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and create original Roblox games
• Drive projects from concept to release
• Experiment with and implement strategies to grow your studio and maximize game success
• Learn directly from the best Roblox developers in the industry

Requirements

• Hands-on game development experience (especially in game design, programming, 3d art)
• Strong English skills (the program is in English)
• A real drive to learn, grow, and take on leadership
• Solid organizational and project management skills
• Interest in building and innovating on the Roblox platform

Nice to have

• Experience with Roblox and Roblox Studio
