Mobileye is seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with a strong background in high-speed board design to join its Radar HW Group, which develops automotive radar systems for advanced driver assistance and fully autonomous driving. The Radar HW Group is responsible for end-to-end development of all radar hardware, including RF and high-speed digital boards, IC packages, mechanical solutions, and antenna design.
Responsibilities
- Design high-speed boards from concept to production
- Own all design stages: architecture, schematics, layout, modeling, and design reviews
- Work on boards that include high-speed SERDES, LPDDR5/4, power circuits, and additional digital interfaces
- Collaborate closely with RF, mechanical and system teams
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in high-speed board design
- Hands-on experience with OrCAD and Allegro
- Strong understanding of high-speed digital design and power integrity concepts
- Experience with SI/PI modeling and simulation tools, such as HyperLynx, Sigrity, or Siwave
Nice to have
- Experience in developing automotive electronic products, including familiarity with qualification and reliability requirements
