Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in Puzzle Games with successful products and over 200M+ downloads. The company is looking for a UA Manager to develop their games.

Responsibilities

Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta, and others
Monitoring and analyzing the quality of acquired audiences based on KPIs
Collaborating closely with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives
Generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and interpreting results to enhance campaign performance

Requirements

At least 2 years in user acquisition for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization models, managing budgets of $100k+ per month
In-depth knowledge of UA channels and their auction mechanics
Responsible for delivering clear and measurable results
Analytical mindset, attention to detail and good communication abilities
Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
